What to expect when you reach out

The TODO Careers team reads every message that comes through this page. We reply to genuine support and partnership requests within one business day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm US Eastern time). Weekend messages are handled first thing Monday morning. If your question is urgent and about a live job posting on the app, the fastest path is the in-app chat with the employer or worker — support agents cannot intervene inside private job conversations.

Common reasons people write to us

• Account help

  Can't log in, need to update your email, want to delete your account, or lost access to your two-factor device — we can walk you through the recovery flow.

• Employer verification

  Contractors and companies posting jobs can request the blue verified badge by sending a short business summary and proof of insurance or license number. Verified employers get more applications.

• Report abuse or a scam

  If a job posting looks like a scam (asking for upfront payment, personal banking info before an interview, or vague duties with no location) let us know with a screenshot and the job ID. We remove bad actors quickly.

• Partnerships and press

  Trade schools, unions, apprenticeship programs, and industry publications are welcome to reach out — we regularly co-publish guides and share job data for local reporting.

TODO Careers is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our platform serves construction and skilled-trade professionals across the entire United States and Canada, with our largest active markets currently in Virginia, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Ontario. We do not have a walk-in office — email and Instagram are the fastest ways to reach the team.
