  Every job on TODO Careers is posted by a real employer, contractor, or homeowner. You see the pay range, location, schedule, and required skills before you apply.

• Build a professional trade profile

  Add your certifications (OSHA 10 / 30, EPA 608, journeyman license, welding tickets), years of experience, tools you own, and photos of past work. Employers filter candidates by exactly these fields.

• Message employers directly

  When a contractor is interested, you talk to them in-app. No phone tag, no lost email threads, no third party in the middle taking a cut.

• Track applications and schedule

  See every job you have applied to, the response status, and the calendar of interviews or start dates in one screen.

• Get local matches

How to install the app

1. Tap the App Store button (iPhone / iPad) or the Google Play button (Android phone / tablet) above.
2. Confirm the install on your device. The app is around 45 MB and takes less than a minute to download on Wi-Fi.
3. Open TODO Careers, choose your language (English, Portuguese, or Spanish), and create your free account with an email address or Google sign-in.
4. Complete your profile in about 3 minutes. The more complete your profile is, the higher you rank in employer searches.

Device requirements

TODO Careers runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or newer, and on Android phones and tablets with Android 8.0 (Oreo) or newer. The app works offline for browsing saved jobs and drafts, and syncs automatically when you reconnect. There are no in-app purchases, no premium tiers, and no ads inside the app.

Your data stays yours

TODO Careers only asks for the permissions the app actually needs to work: location (to show nearby jobs), notifications (to alert you when an employer replies), and camera / photos (only when you choose to upload work photos or a profile picture). We never sell contact information, and you can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app settings.
