Your interactions with other users are at your own risk.

The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Todo Careers regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
19. Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on the Website.
