Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
1. Introduction
Applicable Terms. Thank you for using ToDo.
ToDo is a brokerage service provided by Todo Careers, located in Philadelphia, USA. Your use of ToDo is subject to the Application's Terms of Service.
2. Your Use of ToDo
Access and Use of Content
You may use ToDo to search for, locate, view opportunities, advertise services and/or download Content to your mobile device, computer, TV, smartwatch, or other compatible device. To use ToDo, you need a device that meets the system and compatibility requirements for the relevant Content, has internet access, and uses compatible software. Content and feature availability varies by country. Not all features and Content may be available in your country. Some Content may be available for sharing with family members. Content may be offered by ToDo or made available by third parties unaffiliated with ToDo. ToDo is not responsible for, nor does it endorse, Content made available through ToDo when the source of the material is not ToDo itself.
Age Restrictions
To use ToDo, you must have a valid ToDo account, subject to the following age restrictions. You may access the application/program through your Facebook, Google, Apple, or in-app account, or through any other system provided by ToDo. If you are considered a minor in your country, you will need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use ToDo and to accept the Terms. You must comply with any additional age restrictions that apply to the use of specific Content or features within ToDo. Administrators and family members must also meet the following additional requirements.
Third-Party Fees
You are responsible for any access or data fees charged by third parties (such as your Internet service provider or mobile carrier) as a result of your use and viewing of Content and ToDo.
Updates
ToDo, related support libraries, or Content may require updates, for example, to fix bugs, improve functions, add missing plug-ins, and release new versions (collectively, "Updates"). Updates may be required to use ToDo or to access, use, or download Content. By agreeing to these Terms and using ToDo, you agree to receive these Updates automatically. You may have the option to manage Updates for certain Content through the Settings section in ToDo. If it is determined, however, that an Update will fix a critical security vulnerability or operability issue related to the Content, or prevent abuse, the Update may be made regardless of the Update settings in ToDo or your Device. If another app store attempts to update Content that was originally downloaded from ToDo, you may receive a warning or such updates may be blocked.
Your Information
ToDo's Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when using ToDo. ToDo may need to provide your personal information, such as your name, photo, phone number, and email address, to Providers and Contractors in order to process transactions or provide Content to you. Providers agree to use this information in accordance with their privacy policies.
Unauthorized Access to Accounts
You must keep your account details secure and may not share them. You may not collect or use personal data from other ToDo users or ToDo Services, including account names.
Disabled Accounts
If ToDo disables account access in accordance with the Terms (for example, if you violate the Terms), you may be prevented from accessing ToDo, your account details, or any other files or Content stored in it. See the Help Center for more information.
Malware Protection
To protect you against third-party software and malicious URLs, as well as other security issues, ToDo may receive information about network connections, potentially harmful URLs, the operating system, and apps installed on your Device from ToDo or other sources. ToDo may warn you if it considers an app or URL unsafe, and may remove it or prevent its installation on your Device if it knows it is harmful to devices, data, or users. You have the option to disable some of these protections in your Device settings. However, ToDo may continue to receive information about the apps installed on your device. Additionally, apps installed from other sources on your Device may continue to be analyzed for security issues without sending information to ToDo.
Android Instant Apps
When you click a link on your Device, ToDo may check whether an instant app exists and, if so, open the link in the instant app. The code required to use the instant app elements accessed will be downloaded to your Device and maintained temporarily. Details of an instant app can be found in the App Store.
Changes to these Terms
If the Play ToS changes, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and the new Play ToS will take effect after that period. Continuing to use ToDo after this notice period will indicate that you have accepted the new Play ToS. These changes will apply to your use of all Content (including Content previously installed or purchased), as well as all subsequent installations or purchases. If you do not agree to these changes, you will have the opportunity to download the Content you previously purchased or installed and to end your use of ToDo. You may continue to view the copy of the Content on your Devices in accordance with the most recent and accepted version of the Play ToS.
3. Purchases and Payments
Free Content
ToDo allows you to download, view, and use Free Content on ToDo. Additional limitations may apply to your access and use of certain free Content.
Purchasing Content
By using ToDo or purchasing Content on ToDo, you enter into a separate sales contract based on these Terms (as applicable) with the seller, which will be: (a) ToDo or (b) the provider of the Content (the "Provider"), including when ToDo acts as the Provider's agent. The separate sales contract is in addition to these Terms. For sales where ToDo acts as the Provider's agent, the fulfillment of the contract begins when the purchase is completed.
Orders
When you order Content, your contract for the purchase and use of that item is formed at the time the product is made available. You are also charged for the purchase at that time. You can cancel your order at any time before the Content is made available to you. We will need to cancel your order if the Content is removed from sale on ToDo before it is made available, and we reserve the right to cancel your order if the price changes before your order is delivered.
Other Payment Processing Methods
ToDo may make available various payment processing methods in addition to Google Payments to facilitate the purchase of Content on Google Play. You are required to comply with all Terms and Conditions or other relevant legal agreements (with Google or third parties) that govern the use of a particular payment processing method. Google may add or remove payment processing methods at its sole discretion. You are solely responsible for payments associated with purchases made on Google Play.
Eligibility for Carrier Billing
To determine eligibility for Content purchases made through your Devices and billed to your network provider's account, when you create a ToDo account on a Device, we will send identifiers from your Device, such as your subscriber ID and SIM card serial number, to your network provider. To enable this, you will need to accept the network provider's Terms of Service. The network provider may send us your billing address information. We will maintain and use this data in accordance with ToDo's Privacy Policies and the Privacy Notices of the respective payment platforms.
Pricing
The price and availability of all Content displayed on ToDo Play are subject to change at any time prior to purchase.
Taxes
The term "Taxes" refers to any duties, customs fees, taxes, or duties (other than income tax) associated with the sale of Content, including any related penalties or interest. You are responsible for Taxes and must pay the full price of the Content, without any reduction in Taxes. If the seller of the Content or ToDo is required to collect or pay Taxes, you will be charged the Taxes. You must comply with all applicable tax laws, including the reporting and payment of Taxes resulting from the use of ToDo or the purchase of Content from ToDo. It is your responsibility to report and pay any applicable Taxes.
All sales are final. See ToDo's Refund Policy for more information about your rights to withdraw, cancel, or return purchases and receive a refund. Except as expressly set forth in the ToDo ToS, the ToDo Refund Policy, or the Provider's refund policies, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or replacements are permitted. If replacements, returns, or refunds are granted for a transaction, the transaction may be reversed, and you will no longer have access to the Content you purchased through it.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed automatically each billing period (whether weekly, monthly, annually, or for another period), and you may be billed no earlier than 24 hours before the start of each billing period.
(a) Trial Periods. When you subscribe to paid Content, you may receive access to the subscription benefits free of charge for a specified trial period, after which you will be billed until you cancel the subscription. To avoid being billed, you must cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period. After canceling your subscription, you will immediately lose access to the Content and its subscription privileges, unless otherwise specified. Access to such trial periods may be limited to a certain number of trials per user during a given period or other restrictions.
(b) Cancellations. You may cancel a subscription at any time before the end of the applicable billing period, as described in the Help Center. The cancellation will apply to the next period. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription, you can cancel it at any time during the month in question, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, unless otherwise specified in ToDo's Refund Policy (for example, if the Content has malfunctions).
This is ToDo's sole responsibility. ToDo is merely an intermediary service between the contracting party and the contracted party for the provision of services. The adjustment of services and prices is made directly between the parties, without any interference from ToDo, therefore ToDo has no responsibility for the quality of services, defaults, cancellations, delays, or any other disagreements between the parties.
Deductions for Print Subscribers
Some periodical providers may allow you to purchase subscriptions to periodical content at a reduced price if you are already a subscriber to the print material. If you cancel your subscription to the print periodical in question or do not renew it when it expires, the discount offered for that content will be automatically canceled.
Price Increases
When you purchase a subscription, you will be charged initially at the rate applicable at the time you entered into the subscription agreement. If the subscription price increases, ToDo will notify you. The increase will take effect with your next payment due after the notice, provided that notice is made at least 30 days before the charge is due. If you receive less than 30 days' notice, the price increase will not take effect until your next payment due. If you do not wish to pay the increased price for a subscription, you may cancel the subscription as described in the Cancellations section of these Terms.
You will not be charged any further subscription fees, provided you notify ToDo before the end of the current billing period. When the Provider increases the price of a subscription and your consent is required, ToDo may cancel the subscription if you do not agree to the new price. If your subscription is canceled and you later decide to resubscribe, it will be valid for the current subscription price.
4. Rights and Restrictions
License to Use Content
After completing a transaction or paying the applicable fees for Content, as expressly permitted in these Terms and associated policies, you will have the nonexclusive right to store, access, view, use, and display copies of the applicable Content on your Devices or as otherwise authorized solely for your personal, noncommercial use. All rights, title, and interest in ToDo and the Content not expressly granted in the Terms are reserved. Your use of apps and games may be governed by the additional terms and conditions of the end user license agreement between you and the Provider.
Violation of License Terms
If you violate any Terms, your rights under this license will immediately terminate, and ToDo may terminate your access to ToDo, the Content, or the Account without refund.
Restrictions
You may not:
- display (in whole or in part) Content as part of public exhibitions or activities, even if no fee is charged, except (a) where such use does not constitute a violation of copyright or other applicable rights or (b) as specifically permitted and only in the exact manner specified;
- sell, loan, lease, redistribute, transmit, communicate, modify, sublicense, transfer, or assign any Content to third parties, including with respect to downloads of Content that may be made through ToDo, except as specifically permitted and only in the exact manner specified;
- use ToDo or any Content in conjunction with software programs for streaming copying, streaming capture, or similar activities to record a copy of the Content presented in streaming format;
- use Content as part of sharing services, lending, multi-user use, or for the purposes of any other type of institution, except as specifically permitted and only in the exact manner specified;
- attempt to assist, authorize, or encourage others to circumvent, disable or defeat any security feature or component that protects, obfuscates, or otherwise restricts access to any Content or ToDo;
- remove watermarks, labels, or other legal or proprietary notices included in any Content, as well as attempt to modify Content received through ToDo, including any modification intended to disguise or alter indication of the ownership or origin of Content.
Applicable Third-Party Provisions
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, third parties that license Content to ToDo are third-party beneficiaries under these Terms solely with respect to those specific provisions of these Terms that directly concern their Content ("Applicable Third-Party Provisions") and solely for the purpose of enabling them to enforce their rights in such Content. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights with respect to any provision outside of the Applicable Third-Party Provisions, which includes, without limitation, provisions or agreements that are incorporated by reference or referred to without incorporation into these Terms.
ToDo Policies
Posting reviews on ToDo is subject to the following policies. To report abuse or other content violations, please visit this page.
Defective Content
After Content is made available to your account, please review it as soon as possible to ensure it works and performs as stated. If there are any errors or defects, please notify ToDo or the Provider as soon as possible. See the ToDo Refund Policy for more information.
Removal or Unavailability of Content
Subject to the Terms, purchased or installed Content will be available to you on ToDo for the selected period (in the case of a rental purchase) or for as long as ToDo has the right to make such Content available (in other cases). In certain cases (for example, if ToDo loses the relevant rights, if a service or Content is disabled, if there are critical security issues, or if there are violations of applicable terms or the law), ToDo may remove Content from your Device or cease providing access to certain Content you have purchased. Where possible, you will be notified of any removal or discontinuation of Content sold by ToDo. If you are unable to download a copy of the Content prior to such removal or discontinuation, ToDo may offer (a) a replacement of the Content, if available, or (b) a full or partial refund of the price for the Content. If ToDo issues a refund, receiving that refund will be your sole remedy.
Multiple Accounts
If you have multiple ToDo Accounts with different usernames, in some cases you may be able to transfer Content from one account to another, provided you own the accounts and ToDo enables a feature of the relevant service allowing such transfers.
Device Access Limits
From time to time, ToDo may impose limits on the number of Devices or software apps you may use to access Content. Please visit the ToDo Usage Rules for more information about these limits on ToDo.
Dangerous Activities
The Services and Content are not intended for use in the operation of nuclear facilities, life support systems, emergency communications, aircraft communication or navigation systems, air traffic control systems, or other types of activities in which the failure of the Services or Content could lead to death, injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
